Manufacturing Process

Managed Forging and Forming

To produce homogeneous grain structure and remove residual stress, we use precision hot forging at 900–1050°C followed by controlled cooling.

Welded and Seamless Options

Weld seams are eliminated by using rotary piercing to create seamless fittings. Welded fittings preserve the corrosion characteristics of the base metal by using autogenous TIG welding without filler metal.

Heat Therapy

In accordance with ASTM B363 specifications, all fittings go through solution annealing at 700–850°C to ensure stress release and ideal mechanical qualities.

Quality Inspection

Testing that is completely non-destructive

Each fitting is subjected to Eddy Current Testing (ET) for surface discontinuities and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for interior flaws.

Dimensional Confirmation

Wall thickness tolerance within ±0.05mm and angle accuracy within ±1° are guaranteed via CMM inspection.

Traceability of Materials
