ASTM B862 Titanium Welded Pipeovers the requirements for 26 grades of titanium and titanium alloy welded pipe intended for general corrosion resisting and elevated temperature service.

ASTM B862 Titanium Welded Pipe are seamless pipes produced from titanium strip or plate that is bent into a tubular shape and welded using the electric resistance welding (ERW) process complying with ASTM B862 specifications. They offer an optimal balance of strength, weldability and cost for general corrosion resistance applications.

NOTE 1—Schedule sizes conform to ANSI/ASME B 36.19M-1985 (for “S” sizes) or B 36.10 (for non-S sizes).
NOTE 2—The decimal thickness listed for the respective pipe sizes represent their nominal wall dimensions.
