Titanium Elbows – ASTM B363 Certified Pipe Fittings for Corrosive Environments
LINHUI TITANIUM manufactures precision-engineered Titanium elbows compliant with ASTM B363, ASME B16.9, and ANSI B16.9 standards. Our product line includes Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, and 12 in three configurations: 90° elbow, 180° elbow, and 45° elbow.
Generation capabilities span consistent elbows extending from Φ10 to Φ108 mm for high-pressure applications, and welded elbows from Φ108 to Φ680 mm for large-diameter frameworks. Each fitting experiences 100% NDT review and stress-relief toughening. With 200+ tons of stock and 24-hour building bolster, we convey stock orders in 3–7 days globally.
Key Features & Benefits
Superior Erosion Immunity
Our items frame a self-healing TiO₂ oxide layer, disposing of setting and cleft erosion in seawater, damp chlorine, and diminishing acids.
Lightweight However Strong
At 4.51 g/cm³ density—60% lighter than steel—these fittings decrease auxiliary loads whereas keeping up ductile quality from 345 MPa (Gr2) to 895 MPa (Gr5).
Extended Benefit Life
Zero erosion remittance plan guarantees 20–40 a long time of maintenance-free operation, bringing down lifecycle costs compared to duplex stainless or copper-nickel amalgams.

Manufacturing Process
Consistent Elbows (Φ10–Φ108 mm)
Hot expelled from strong billets per ASTM B861, at that point mandrel-formed and stress-relieved at 650–750°C to reestablish ductility.
Welded Elbows (Φ108–Φ680 mm)
Precision-rolled plates are TIG-welded without filler metal, taken after by full-penetration X-ray review per ASME B16.9.
Post-Processing
All fittings experience pickling in HF-HNO₃ arrangement to expel alpha-case, guaranteeing ideal erosion resistance.
Quality Inspection
· Ultrasonic Testing (UT) – 100% coverage
· Eddy Current Testing (ECT) for divider integrity
· Dimensional confirmation per ASME B16.9
· Hydrostatic weight testing at 1.5× plan pressure
· EN 10204 3.1/3.2 full traceability certificates
· Third-party review accessible (SGS, BV, TÜV)

Applications
Offshore & Desalination
High-velocity seawater frameworks (>20 m/s stream rates) in SWRO plants and fire water mains.
Chemical Processing
Wet chlorine, hypochlorite, and dying specialist lines where stainless steel endures CSCC failure.
Aerospace & Power
Aircraft water powered directing and warm exchanger frameworks requiring warm development control and weight decrease.

FAQ
Q: What's the distinction between consistent and welded the products?
A: Consistent sorts (Φ10–Φ108) offer zero weld creases for high-pressure lines. Welded sorts (Φ108–Φ680) give fetched productivity for expansive breadths, both assembly ASTM B363 X-ray standards.
Q: Why select Gr7 over Gr2?
A: Gr7 contains 0.12–0.25% Palladium, definitely moving forward hole erosion resistance in diminishing acids or high-temperature brines where Gr2 may fail.
Q: Can the items weld to stainless steel?
A: No. Coordinate welding makes fragile intermetallic zones. Utilize flanged associations or explosion-bonded move joints instead.
Q: Do these require warm treatment?
A: Yes. Per ASTM B363, all fittings are stress-relieved post-forming to reestablish ductility.
