Quality Inspection
Each tube was subjected to rigorous inspection, accompanied by a bilingual (Chinese/English) mill test certificate:
Non-destructive testing (NDT): 100% ultrasonic testing passed (in accordance with GB/T 44760-2024).
Hydrostatic test: Each tube was hydrostatically tested with no leakage or deformation.
Surface and dimension check: Inner and outer surfaces were clean, free from cracks or folds. Dimensional tolerances met the agreed requirements.
Faced with the high standards of the South Korean customer, we ensured the success of this project through the following measures:
Standard alignment capability: Although the customer was familiar with ASTM standards, we demonstrated the equivalence and reliability of GB/T 28283-2010 (comparable to ASTM B523). Mutual recognition of standards was achieved, reducing communication effort.
Customised production: The required dimension Φ112.08 x 4.34 mm is not a standard stock size. By adjusting the cold rolling process, we met the customer's precise requirements for wall thickness tolerance.

Packaging: Export-standard wooden cases with internal moisture-proof partitions suitable for sea freight.
Documentation: Bilingual mill test certificate, packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin were provided, enabling smooth customs clearance.
