Manufacturing Process
Step 1: Material Selection

Step 2: Extrusion or Rolling
Seamless tubes undergo hot extrusion. Welded tubes use precision TIG welding without filler metal.
Step 3: Cold Working
Multiple cold rolling passes achieve ±0.05mm wall tolerance and uniform mechanical properties.
Step 4: Heat Treatment
Annealing at 650–750°C relieves residual stress and optimizes ductility.
Step 5: Surface Treatment
Acid pickling removes scale. Bright annealing provides clean, oxide-free surfaces.
Quality Inspection
Completely NDT Testing
Surface fractures are found via eddy current testing. Internal flaws are found through ultrasonic testing. Reliability is guaranteed by a zero-defect policy.
Mechanical Examination
Tests for flattening and flaring confirm formability. Tensile testing verifies that Grade 2 yield strength is greater than 275 MPa.
Alloy composition is verified by Chemical Analysis Spectroscopy. Embrittlement is avoided when the hydrogen level is less than 0.015%.
Heat numbers, test data, and dimensional reports are included in the documentation for EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certificates. SGS, BV, and TÜV are available for third-party inspection.
