Manufacturing Process
To form raw alloy steel billets into flange blanks, we use precision forging procedures. Grain structure and mechanical qualities are optimized by the heat treatment procedures of normalizing, quenching, and tempering.
Tight dimensional tolerances for face flatness and bore matching are guaranteed by CNC machining.

Final surface treatments are applied based on your application requirements, followed by dimensional inspection and non-destructive testing.
Quality Inspection
